Brooches
The brooch, as defined by The American Heritage Dictionary, states "a relatively large decorative pin or clasp". The brooch is back in style or so it is said, therefore I decided to create a category just for the brooch (and pins too) because one would have to look through my entire site to locate them all. I myself am a lover of the bouquet floral brooch - especially the gold gilded sterling ones created during the 40's that are so large, yet so delicate. I believe these brooches will become a heirloom someday - you just don't see this quality and design in costume jewelry today. For you fashion aficionados, rumor has it that the "brooch" is on its way out" was it not just in? - why not wear them - stand up for yourself! Isn't it time that the zines stop and smell the flowers - can we not get in the "comfort" zone for "just" a spell. I say create your own "inner circle" whoever and wherever you are - after all, isn't it the passion we feel about ourselves? It's time to create our very own look. My spin on jewelry and perfume is a very personal thing, something we choose to celebrate individually. So, go ahead and make it your very own - join the jewelry revolution. Yours truly, Mary Elaine
