The Healing Pool
It is said by the wise one that color emanates properties of healing, be it physical, mental or both. Color is derived from our great light source, the Sun. Also called Ra, Amaterasu, Apollo, or whatever your culture or spirit deems our core of life, Ra is our Life Force - a force so great that without our great Sun, there would be no existence of life as we know it. The electromagnetic spectrum that humans are capable of seeing range from approximately 780 nanometers (red) down to 390 nanometers (violet). Let the colors of the light spectrum enhance your physical and psychic well-being. Blessed be the pool of light that shines upon your soul. During one path in my life, I created sun catchers using stained glass as my color medium - such a delight to eye. The strobes of light bouncing through these sun catchers never ceased to amuse me. Such a calm it created. I include the "non-color" black in this catagory. Black is the lack of colors of light yet absorbs energy from light. Whatever color brings your soul into a serene place, welcome and celebrate!
