Paua Shell Earrings

Paua is a species of abalone and most colorful. Paua is unique to New Zealand. These lovely vintage earrings (exact age unknown) are shaped like a fan or scallop. Hues of pinks, purples and greens dancing through the design lend to a dazzling effect. Earrings measure approximately 1 3/4" wide by 1" in height. The wires are kidney style, sterling silver. Craftsman is unknown. Very light on the ear lobes. Condition is excellent. |
