Banded Agate and Sterling Bola Tie

Presented is a Moctezuma banded agate bola tie.  Moctezuma is a Mexican agate with bands of white and grays.  This bola is marked DLT and sterling and appears to be hand crafted. I am not familiar with this craftsman. The tie itself is braided and appears to be leather although it could be a vinyl.  The backing and sides to the agate is sterling silver with silver points at each end of the tie. Age is unknown. This tie could be easily converted for use as a pendant.  Agate measures  2 1/2 " in height by 2" in width - very large.  Tie measures approximately 19" in length.  This unusual piece is in excellent condition Would make a fine addition for the collector of agates.
