Western Bolo Tie

Age and maker of this bolo tie is unknown.  It looks to be from around the 50's.  Back in the fifties, I for one certainly remember the "Cowboy" thing was all the rage, a time of western movies and "John Wayne", "Roy Rogers and Dale Evans" (we won't get into the cap gun/holster thing - what were our parents thinking?).  This star is huge - approximately 2" across.  It has a black stone (could be resin) in the center and some type of enameling at each star point.  Star is of silver-tone and does not attract to a magnet. The black tie rope measures approximately 34" in length and is woven cotton with a silver caps on each end.  Would make an ideal gift for the collector of western memorabilia.  This piece is in excellent condition.
