Ya, that's right Mindy is the name - Walter Mindy. Back in the 90's, my worshipers thought I was a girl and they named me Mindy. That wasn't insulting enough.... they found out I was a boy and tagged the "Walter" thing on. Walter Mindy, what kind of name is that for a cat? And, when I hear the Walter part, I just ignore them! I'm King around here and they know it. They are just my court jesters and here to keep me amused. What a life: no work, no chores, just pats, hugs, clean water, good food and a whole lot of love.
I think I will stay! Purrs, peace and love to all felines in the world.
EULOGY TO MR. MINDY On November 13, 2005, Mr. Walter Mindy crossed over to the "Rainbow Bridge". It is with our deepest yearning and love for our beloved friend of so long that he will live on in our souls always.....always...He gave us so much unconditional love. He tried so hard to hang in there for us as our beloved furbabies do. He is now home with us in a special place. There are times when I hear and feel him in my soul as though he were hanging off my shoulder as he often did. The "Rainbow Bridge" is a concept that is healing for the heart - a place where our beloved furbabies go to await our passing to reunite. I really do believe in such a place - Heaven if one may, or what ever one perceives the garden at the end of the road to be. Blessed Be Mr. Mindy - your spirit will live on through eternity. We are eternally blessed for having shared you in this universe.
